Can I sign up after the program starts?
Yes! We accept late registrations, as long as space is available.
How do I know my child is registered? How will I get updates?
- After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Oraigna@beyondsoccerlawrence.org (via Constant Contact).
- Families will also be added to a WhatsApp group, where our staff shares almost daily updates (reminders, schedule changes, and other important info).
How do I know if my child is part of the travel or in-city program?
- Most children (Grades 5-8) who have been involved with the program for multiple years (and age-eligible) will be part of the travel program.
- Please understand that travel spots are limited.
- You will receive an invite to join an assigned team/WhatsApp group
- Almost all elementary school youth, Pre-K-4th grade, will be part of the in-city program
** Many in-city players will be invited to join a travel team during the season. These decisions are carefully made by the coach mentor & Soccer Director, Chris, based on commitment and participation. Unless you’re personally contacted and added to the travel team WhatsApp group, your child will start on an in-city team.
- Most children (Grades 5-8) who have been involved with the program for multiple years (and age-eligible) will be part of the travel program.
Where can I find the schedule?
Visit the Lawrence Youth Soccer page. You’ll find the full season schedule and Google Calendar posted there, including the live weekly schedule. The Google Calendar is also on our website’s homepage! (Please note that the spring 2026 soccer schedule is not set yet!)
What gear or equipment does my child need?
Uniforms are provided in the spring to those who are new or need a different size. Cleats are required, along with shin guards and long socks to cover them. Thank you, New Balance, and thank you Good Sports!
How do I pay for the program?
Please pay online through PayPal (see the link to the right).
Also, an invoice will be sent to you by Oriagna Inirio through PayPal, after you register to assist. We do not accept cash payments. We do accept checks, but prefer PayPal.
What if I can’t afford the fee or gear?
We never want cost to be a barrier. Families can:
- Apply for a fee waiver (regular program fee is $40).
- Request help with cleats or other gear (based on our inventory).
If I still have questions, who should I email or call?
