A New Plan for a New Decade!
Thanks to a Community Impact Consultant with Highland Street Foundation and Board President Nina Leach’s leadership, Beyond Soccer completed an intensive 6-month strategic planning process in December 2022. That means over the next two years, key staff & stakeholders will advance priorities focused on:
- Serving as Lawrence’s flagship sports-based youth development program, committed to programs focused on leadership and life skills.
- Engaging the entire community, like re-establishing FUSE and a new alumni group to grow the next generation of supporters, staff, and board members.
- Building the resources for sustainable excellence for our next or second decade.
A special thanks to Community Impact Consultant Carolyn O’Brien, whose expertise and compassion made the process possible.
