Summer jobs are fast approaching, and we are so gr Summer jobs are fast approaching, and we are so grateful for our continued partnership with @masshiremvwb 🙌 ☀️ This partnership helps offset youth wages, including younger Tier 1 Jr. Coaches participating in a project-based program. Wait until you learn about what they'll be working on! Last week, Declan attended the 2026 YouthWorks Summer Experience Program Employer Orientation alongside organizations from Lawrence and surrounding areas, including Yalexa of the Lawrence Recreation Department, a close partner. He met with Youth Service Specialists, including Ana (pictured), and key members of the MassHire team to get our youth ready to hit the ground running on July 6th. It's a #SaturdayShoutout! 🎉 🎓 We love it when our It's a #SaturdayShoutout! 🎉 🎓 We love it when our WhatsApp groups get flooded with graduation photos, and this season has been full of them. Congrats to Carlos, who just graduated from Lawrence High School and heads to Northern Essex Community College this fall to play soccer. A Beyond Soccer member since 2015, he's been part of our sports family for over 10 years. Like Jared earlier this week, Carlos contributed to the LHS soccer program that made the playoffs for the first time in school history. He's also a constant presence on our high school travel team, including tomorrow, where they play for an Essex County Youth Soccer League playoff spot. We are incredibly proud to be an official delegati We are incredibly proud to be an official delegation of Festival 26! 🌏🌎 In exactly one month, a group of @beyondsoccerlawrence youth will travel to Boston for 9 days of leadership development, cultural immersion, and sport for good programming—learning and playing alongside more than 400 young people from around the world. What is Festival 26? It’s a global youth gathering developed to harness the power of sport to create transformative opportunities for young people. Hosted by our friends @bostonscores and with support from @sportdanslaville, Festival 26 will give all participants the opportunity to expand their cross-cultural knowledge, deepen their understanding of sport for impact, and visit one of the U.S.'s most historical cities (yes, right here in Boston!) as it plays host to the 2026 World Cup. Coach Mentor Spotlight! Meet Jared, a Lawrence Hig Coach Mentor Spotlight! Meet Jared, a Lawrence High School senior, two-year team captain, and one of our rising Coach Mentors. 🧤 Jared runs individualized goalkeeper training twice a week for players from 4th grade through high school, bringing both technical skill and strong communication to every session. At LHS, he led his team to their first playoff appearance and a first-round win. Now he's passing that on to the next generation... and on Saturdays, you'll also find him lining fields and showing up for our In-City Program. This fall, Jared heads to Bentley College to play college soccer. We're proud of everything he's done, and grateful he's giving back before he goes. This spring it's all about proper snack combinations to help players stay off the "blood sugar rollercoaster" 🎢 and keep steady energy on and off the field. The girls were especially engaged during a fun, competitive twist on classic Bingo that tested their snack-pairing knowledge! A huge thank you to Declan for leading the course and to our Boston Children's Hospital fitkit partners for making this possible. 🌍⚽ Lawrence, the World Cup is coming to our commun 🌍⚽ Lawrence, the World Cup is coming to our community! We are so excited to be working with @mayouthsoccer, U.S. Soccer's Soccer Forward Foundation, and our incredible local partners — the City of Lawrence, Lawrence Recreation Department, and the @mayorlawrencema @mhtflawrence @lawrencerecreation — to bring the Mass Youth Soccer Festival right here to our community! On June 29, Veterans Memorial Stadium transforms into a full-on soccer celebration. From 12pm to 6:30pm, we'll watch 2 live World Cup matches on a massive big screen, play on inflatable soccer fields, enjoy family activities, food, and SO much more. #FeelGoodFriday It’s been a big week for Beyond S #FeelGoodFriday It’s been a big week for Beyond Soccer with the FIFA @glblctzn Education Fund announcement, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful and motivated. But moments like this are also a reminder of why we started. We began with just 12 girls. Last weekend, our high school girls travel team picked up a great win and had some extra fans in the stands. With a few extra seats in the van, our Director of Soccer Development invited our Grade 7 and 8 Wolverines to come watch and cheer them on. A handful of girls joined and got to see what’s possible through this program and the leaders ahead of them. MVC is a coaching framework rooted in brain science that helps coaches build stronger relationships with young athletes ...because supportive coaching keeps kids in the game. We even had players enjoy a bowling outing after their match 🎳 (thanks Coach Mentor Katherine!), and another team rode together to Woburn in the new Beyond Soccer van 🚐, driven by Impact Coordinator Declan, who also leads the Gr 8 Thunder team.
