What program(s) can my child currently sign up for?

Can I sign up after the program starts?
Yes! We accept late registrations as long as space is available.
How do I know my child is registered? How will I get updates?
- After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Oraigna@beyondsoccerlawrence.org (via Constant Contact).
- Families will also be added to a WhatsApp group, where our staff shares almost daily updates (reminders, schedule changes, and other important info).
How do I know if my child is part of the travel program or the local (In-City) league?
- Most children (grades 4–8) who have been in the program for several years (and who meet the age requirement) will be part of the travel program.
- Please note that spots on travel teams are limited.
- You will receive an invitation to join the assigned team and its WhatsApp group.
- Almost all elementary school students, from Pre-K through 4th grade, will be part of the local (In-City) program.
Many local league players will be invited to join a travel team during the season. These decisions are carefully made by the Coach-Mentor and the Soccer Director, Chris, based on commitment and participation. Unless you are contacted directly and added to the travel team’s WhatsApp group, your child will start on a local (In-City) team.

Where can I find the schedule?
Visit the Lawrence Youth Soccer page. There you’ll find the full season calendar and the published Google Calendar, including the updated weekly schedule. The Google Calendar is also available on our website’s home page!
What gear or equipment does my child need?
Uniforms are distributed in the spring to those who are new or need a different size. Cleats, shin guards, and long socks to cover the shin guards are required. We have a lot of used cleats and other equipment that is usually available the first few weeks of the season.
How do I pay for the program?
Please pay online through PayPal (see the link to the right).
Also, an invoice will be sent to you by Oriagna Inirio through PayPal, after you register to assist. We do not accept cash payments. We do accept checks, but prefer PayPal.
What if I can’t afford the fee or gear?
We never want cost to be a barrier. Families can:
- Apply for a fee waiver (regular program fee is $40). That request is found in the registration form.
- Request help with cleats or other gear (based on our inventory).
